The City of Denver has been vigorously encouraging commercial development in the Ballpark Neighborhood for some time now. The neighborhood is seen as having a real chance to reinvent itself. The re-zoning of former industrial premises to General Business (B5 and B8-A), and to Residential Mixed Use (RMU-30) has allowed new commercial ventures to move into the neighborhood and do business.
