Jerry Arca spoke to the board on some of the problems he encountered with Curt Simms when he (Curt) managed the F-Stop, a nightclub located next to Jerry's loft. City wants testimony of character and reputation for Simms. Jerry's documentation included shootings, fights and major disturbances requiring police response. F-Stop was cited for illegal teen nights and not notifying of management change. Jerry is willing to testify but would like to meet with April Snook (City Attorney) and the BPNA. Jerry suggested that we contact the Pavilions Leasing Company to see what their history is like with Curt. The hearing for the transfer a license is May 12th @ 9am. The more people attending the hearing to oppose the transfer, the better.
