Minutes

1) Motion to approve minutes from Board Meeting 12/8/04.

Carried: 6-0-1

2) David T. voiced concern about changes after approved zoning changes. Motion to send a letter of support for R-M-U 30 for 2680 Blake St. based on the architectural plans presented at 12/8/04 Board Meeting.

Carried 8-0-1

3) David Clamage letter was brought up and further meetings are planned. Ballpark doesn’t have a large concentration at let out as LODO. How is the proposal going to be enacted and paid for? Tax the establishments or the patrons. Buy a special license for Dance Cabaret Licensees who want to have amusements after 2AM. David M. is attending meetings for Lower Downtown District and could also be our contact person.

4) PR Report: Amy to obtain quote on vinyl decals. Joleen is to research more info on banner permit fees. Both projects tabled until next board meeting. Expecting 100+ people at the mixer on 1/13/05.

5) Ron and Mary to attend more INC meetings to determine if and how we need to stay involved with the organization.
